The home is designed for large groups, featuring 5 bedrooms, 10 beds, and 2.5 bathrooms. The layout is split between two levels for your convenience: bedrooms 1 through 4 are located upstairs, while bedroom 5 is situated downstairs. This configuration ensures ample space for all the family to enjoy their stay.
Outdoor living is a highlight of the property, where you can relax on the deck and fire up the bbq while the children let off some steam in the good sized grassed area. For those exploring the local area, Lake Taupo is just a short 10 minute walk away, and a variety of local shops are conveniently located at the end of the road.
Guest access includes parking for one car in the garage and space for two vehicles on the driveway, though guests are asked to be careful as the driveway drops away. Additionally, free on-street parking is available for your convenience.
To ensure a safe and pleasant stay for all, please adhere to the following house rules:
- Pets are welcome, but please be aware that the property is not fully fenced.
- For safety, children must not be allowed to climb on the wall at the top of the stairs, as it is very short and the drop is significant.
- Parties or gatherings exceeding the total number of guests in the booking are strictly prohibited.
- No tents are allowed on the premises.
- Smoking inside the property is prohibited.
All bedroom and bathroom linen is provided for your comfort; however, guests may wish to bring their own pool or beach towels. Please note that breakfast is not provided. This large property is ready to accommodate your group for a memorable visit to the center of the North Island.

Only the maximum number of guests stated on the booking are permitted to stay. If extra guests are found to be at the property they will be asked to leave. Please do not ask if extra guests/children can stay on blow up mattresses the answer will always be 'no', for health and safety reasons. Non compliance of the maximum number of guests or the no party rule may result in eviction without refund.
