The cottage is designed for comfort and convenience, featuring 2 bedrooms and 3 beds, providing a cozy layout that accommodates 4 guests. With 1 bathroom, the space is well-suited for small groups or families looking to immerse themselves in the island lifestyle.

Jensen's serves as a one-stop shop for all your fishing and boating needs. Guests have access to a variety of specialized on-site services that enhance the outdoor experience, including:

• Ship store
• Boat docks
• On-site boat rentals

Located directly on Captiva Island, the property places you in a prime position to explore the local waters. The marina environment ensures that your transition from the cottage to the boat is seamless, making it the perfect base for a weekend filled with exploration. Please be aware that the marina is currently putting the final touches on a renovation; while maintenance work may occur through March 2025, it is expected to have only a minimal impact on the quality of your stay.

To ensure a pleasant experience for all guests, please note the following practical information and rules. There is a three-night minimum stay required during the off-season. Smoking is strictly not permitted on the premises, and pets are not allowed. For those arriving with their own equipment, please be advised that there is no boat trailer parking on the premises; however, alternative trailer parking options can be arranged by calling the marina directly.
