All RVs must be commercially manufactured, in clean and well-maintained condition, and must be a 2015 model year or newer. Pop-up, truck, slide-in, tent, or hybrid campers are strictly prohibited. Guests are required to provide the RV year, make, model, and photos for approval prior to arrival. Rare exceptions to the age requirement must be requested in writing and approved before booking. Please note that non-compliant RVs may be denied entry by the gate guard without a refund.
