Nestled in a quiet residential community, the home is ideally located south of Orlando just off US 192. You are approximately 10 minutes from Walt Disney World Resort and the Disney Water Parks, and about 20 minutes from Universal Studios Florida, Islands of Adventure, and SeaWorld Orlando. For leisure, Falcons Fire Golf Club is just 5 minutes away, and Mystic Dunes Golf Club is within 15 minutes.

Practical Information: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Pets are not allowed, and smoking is strictly prohibited within the villa. A refundable security deposit of $150 is required prior to rental. Please note that the maximum number of vehicles permitted per home is 3, and certain large vehicles (RVs, boats, trailers) are not allowed in the community. Swimming in the lake is not permitted. Pool heating is available for an additional fee of $30 per night plus tax (requires 72-hour advance notice).
