The villa features 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, providing ample space for up to 10 guests. Three bedrooms are located on the upper floor, while the fourth is conveniently situated on the ground floor overlooking the pool. Two bedrooms are furnished with king-sized beds, and two feature single beds that can be joined into kings upon request. Each bedroom is a private haven, complete with a beautifully finished ensuite featuring a stand-alone shower, air conditioning, a smart TV with local channels, and security safes. The master ensuite adds an extra touch of luxury with a deep set bathtub.
Designed for seamless entertaining, the open-plan layout merges the kitchen, dining, and lounge areas. The lounge is equipped with an L-shaped sofa that comfortably seats five, a bar for party drinks, and a premier sports package featuring Australian TV channels. Glass bi-fold doors open the living space to a stunning outdoor area, where you will find a 3.5m x 10m pool with in-pool seating, a baby splash area with water jets, and a double hanging egg chair for ultimate relaxation.
Located in Kecamatan Kuta Utara, Villa Chilli is a stone's throw from the world-famous Finns and Atlas Beach Clubs. The bustling tourist hub of Seminyak is just next door, and top destinations like Ubud, Sanur, and Uluwatu are only a short drive away. For daily essentials, a minimart and massage spa are right next door, with the Frestive supermarket only 900m away.
Check-in is available between 3:00 PM and 11:00 PM. Please note that pets are not allowed at this property. Guests have exclusive access to the entire villa, including parking at the front for cars and scooters, ensuring a private and serene Balinese experience.

We ask you to be respectful of other guests and to keep the noise to a minimum after 22:00 and before 9:00. - SMOKING. Smoking is only allowed in the open living spaces and not permitted in the bedrooms. - SAFETYBOX. Please make sure you use the safety boxes that are at your disposal. Ilot Management will not be responsible for any lost items. - TOWELS. Both bathroom and beach towels are provided. Guests are responsible for them if they take them out of the villa and will be charged if they lose them. - DAMAGES. Guests will be responsible for any damage caused to the Villa or any of its furnishings, fittings and equipment therein by any act or omission of the Guest, their invitees, subcontractors or guests. Make sure you register any extra guest on top of your booking allowance to the villa manager this for your own security. - THIRD PARTY RENTAL. Guests will take full liability and responsibility for any rental they book with a third party (including but not limited to, Scooter, extra equipment…). - LIABILITY. The villa and the villa management will not be hold be responsible for any activity undertaken at/or within the villa, and any such activity shall be at the guests own risk and they will not hold the management liable for any possible outcome (whether arising directly or indirectly out of our actions or omissions, including any loss, damage or liability). - SWIMMING POOL.The use of the swimming pool is at the complete responsibility of the guest. The villa’s owner, staff and housekeeper can’t be held responsible for any incident occurring in and around the pool. Children must be under surveillance. If needed, we can always install a pool fence at extra charges. REGISTRATION: In accordance with Indonesian regulations, all guests are required to complete the registration form and present a valid photo ID upon check-in.
