We have a strict no party policy. Do not host parties or events that would disrupt the peace and comfort of my home, or neighbours.
Please treat my neighbours with respect by keeping noise to a minimum and within acceptable levels.
Kindly observe the 10 am check-out time so our cleaners have enough time to thoroughly and safely prepare the space for the next guest in line with Airbnb’s enhanced cleaning standards.
Please leave the home neat & tidy. We may need to charge guests for additional housekeeping time if our team is required to stay longer.
If smoking occurs in the property, we will have to charge guests to have the furnishings and carpet deodorised.
Please try not to misplace keys or fobs; any replacement fees will need to be passed onto our guests.
Apologies in advance, but council restrictions do not allow us to set up lockboxes for keys in this area. Our meet-and-greet service will incur an additional fee of $30 for check-ins after 6 pm, and $50 after 9PM. Thank you for understanding.
