• Party Policy: This is not a party house. Parties and unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited.
• Security: The property uses a Minut security system to monitor noise decibels and WiFi connectivity.
• Linen: Commercial linen and towels (excluding beach towels) are included. Fresh linen is provided every 7 days; stays exceeding 6 nights may incur an additional $150 linen fee depending on bed usage.
