Lot 47 provides a dedicated RV site designed for an effortless stay. Please note that this is an RV site only; guests must bring their own vehicle. The site features a concrete pad with a back-in configuration, accommodating a maximum rig length of 45ft. For your convenience, the site is equipped with full hookups, including a 50 AMP connection with water, sewer, and fully electric power.

While the site itself is for your rig, you will have access to the resort's full range of luxury amenities designed to elevate your experience. These high-end retreat features include a stunning infinity pool, a stylish clubhouse, and a large covered dining and seating area complete with an outdoor fireplace and TV. To ensure a seamless stay, the resort also provides a dog park, a BBQ area, and convenient on-site laundry facilities.

Positioned in a beloved destination, the resort places you moments away from the best of the Texas Hill Country. You can spend your days sipping and savoring at local breweries, distilleries, and wineries, exploring the unique boutiques along Main Street, or two-stepping the night away in Luckenbach.

Practical Information & Strict RV Requirements: To preserve the luxury resort environment and ensure a consistent guest experience, all RVs must meet the following standards, which are strictly enforced:

• Must be a commercially manufactured RV from the 2015 model year or newer
• Must be in clean, well-maintained, and presentable condition
• Prohibited Types: Pop-up, truck, slide-in, tent, or hybrid campers are not permitted
• Verification: Guests must provide the RV year, make/model, and photos prior to arrival for approval
• Check-in: 1:00 PM | Check-out: 11:00 AM
• Pets are allowed
• Maximum of 2 vehicles allowed on site
• No overnight parking at the amenity center
