About Property

Discover the ultimate blend of refined comfort and outdoor adventure at Firefly Luxury RV Resort, an upscale community nestled in the heart of the Texas Hill Country. Located in Fredericksburg, Texas, this resort-style destination is perfectly positioned less than a mile from the famed Luckenbach, offering a sophisticated home base for your next getaway.

Lot 167 is a dedicated RV site, meaning guests must bring their own RV to enjoy this high-end retreat. The space is thoughtfully designed for effortless living, featuring a spacious 24'x60' concrete pad and a convenient back-in space. To ensure a seamless stay, the site is equipped with full electric hookups, including 50/30/20 amp connections along with water and sewer service.

While the site provides the essential foundation, guests gain access to the resort's full range of luxury amenities designed to elevate the RV experience. You can unwind at the stunning infinity pool, relax in the stylish clubhouse, or gather in the large covered dining and seating area, which features an outdoor fireplace and TV. Additional upscale touches include a dog park, a dedicated BBQ area, and convenient on-site laundry facilities.

Experience authentic Hill Country charm with easy access to Fredericksburg's most beloved attractions. Whether you are looking to sip and savor at local wineries, breweries, and distilleries, explore the charming boutiques along Main Street, or two-step the night away in Luckenbach, Firefly places you moments from the best the region has to offer.

To preserve the luxury resort environment, strict RV eligibility requirements are enforced. All RVs must be commercially manufactured, in clean and well-maintained condition, and be a 2015 model year or newer. Pop-up, truck, slide-in, tent, or hybrid campers are strictly prohibited. Guests must provide the RV year, make/model, and photos prior to arrival for approval. Exceptions to the age requirement are rare and require written approval before booking. Please note that non-compliant RVs may be denied entry by the gate guard without a refund.
