Privacy and comfort are a must during vacation time! This modern two-story vacation home in Kissimmee has it all and comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests just minutes from Disney World and Orlando's major theme parks.

The home features 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with thoughtful sleeping arrangements. The upper floor includes two Master Bedrooms, each with en-suite bathrooms and King-size beds, plus two additional bedrooms with twin-size beds. All bedrooms are equipped with Smart TVs for your entertainment.

You'll be within minutes of Disney Springs, Disney World theme parks, Universal Studios Orlando, Epic Universe, SeaWorld, and the Convention Center - perfect for saving time and fuel during your Orlando vacation.

Guests enjoy full private access to the entire townhouse with no shared spaces. Check-in is contactless at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. A pre-check-in process through the Guest App is required for verification purposes. Additional amenities like BBQ grills, baby equipment, and rollaway beds are available for an additional fee.

Please note: Pets are not allowed, guests must be 21 or older to book, and a refundable $200 damage deposit is held 2 days before arrival. Fresh linens, towels, and starter toiletries are provided. Pool towels and washcloths are not included.
