The layout features 2 bedrooms, 3 beds, and 2 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating 6 guests. The sleeping arrangements include a King size bed in the master bedroom, a Queen size bed in the second bedroom, and a pull-out couch in the living room. The interior is thoughtfully designed with a spacious and cozy living room featuring a fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar. Step outside onto the lovely large balcony with BBQ and patio furniture to take in the mountain views visible from almost every room.

Practical Information & Rules:

• Check-in: Guests receive an access code prior to arrival for direct suite entry; front desk services are not available as the suite is not hotel-managed.
• Parking: One dedicated underground parking spot is provided. Additional vehicles must use street parking or paid town lots.
• Policies: No pets allowed. Zero smoking tolerance inside the property or on the balcony (including vaping and cannabis), with a $250 penalty for violations.
• Quiet Hours: 10pm-8am. Noise disturbances may result in a $250 fine.
• Housekeeping: Daily service is not included but can be arranged upon request. Note that sofa beds are not made up upon arrival.
• Extras: Pack & Play and booster seats are available upon request at the time of booking.
