The living area is designed for relaxation, featuring high ceilings and a cozy atmosphere with couches positioned in front of a gas fireplace and a flatscreen TV. For those who enjoy home-cooked meals, the modern kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar for convenient seating. Guests will also appreciate the addition of a private washer and dryer for their convenience.

Located in a prime spot, the condo is near the Lions Ridge Loop bus stop, making the gondola, dining, and shopping in Vail Village easily accessible via a short, free bus ride. • Parking is extremely limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis with a parking pass.
• Please be advised that this home does not include central AC.
• Pets are not allowed.
• Note: The pool and hot tub are currently under construction and will be unavailable until Thanksgiving 2026. Construction on the property is ongoing through the same date.
