This charming two-story cottage features 1 bedroom with a comfortable queen bed and 1 bathroom, comfortably accommodating up to 2 guests. The main level offers an open living, kitchen, and dining area with a 3/4 bathroom, while upstairs you'll find the queen bedroom with an additional smart TV for cozy evenings.

The cottage comes fully equipped with everything you need for a perfect Hill Country retreat:

• Full kitchen with refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and Keurig coffee maker
• Complete cookware, dishes, silverware, and cooking basics

The property features a shared resort-style swimming pool and hot tub, along with an outdoor pavilion complete with pool table, flatscreen TV, and outdoor fireplace. The Bluebonnet offers the most privacy of the cottages, separated furthest from common areas with no direct view of other accommodations.

Your Texas Hill Country adventure awaits with nearby wine tastings at Grapetown Vineyard, exotic wildlife farms, and all the dining and shopping that downtown Fredericksburg has to offer. The entire property is fully fenced and privately gated with free on-site parking.

This is an adults-only retreat (21+ years) and smoke-free property. No pets, events, or parties are permitted. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out at 11:00 AM, with hassle-free self-check-in using gate and lockbox codes provided one day prior to arrival. The onsite hosts provide privacy while remaining available for any assistance you might need.
