Beyond the sleeping area, two bonus spaces provide plenty of room to spread out, whether you want to settle in with a good book or enjoy a game night at the table. For those needing to catch up on work, there is a dedicated table space enhanced by a 75” SMART TV.

The interior boasts an open, sunlit layout with a spacious living room furnished with plush leather seating, warm lighting, and timeless ranch antiques. A fully equipped kitchen with a café station flows seamlessly into a welcoming dining area, perfect for sharing home-cooked meals.

• Check-in: 4:00 PM
• Check-out: 11:00 AM
• Pets: Allowed (2 pets max; $50 fee per pet; must be leashed or in the fenced back area)
• Rules: No smoking within 10 feet of entrances, no fireworks, and no parties/events. Quiet hours are 10 PM - 7 AM. Primary guest must be 25+ years old.
• Safety: Please stay 5 feet away from the on-site cistern and do not use firearms on the property.
• Note: Fireplaces are for aesthetic purposes only. The second floor is not accessible to guests.

To ensure a smooth check-in, guests must sign the House Rules and Terms & Conditions and provide ID via the Guest App link at least 24 hours before arrival.
