Designed for relaxation and outdoor living, the home is situated on a lush, grassy piece of property that leads directly to the water. Guests can spend their days swimming off the dock, barbecuing in the bright Texas sunshine, and dining on the grass under the cooling shade of the trees. Inside, the home offers a window-lined sun room perfect for kicking back on the sofa, watching Netflix on the flatscreen TV, or simply admiring the beautiful lake view. The classic kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances and a circular dining table for four, providing everything needed to prepare an afternoon feast before heading back outside to the gas grill.

Location & Neighborhood Situated on the northern shores of Lake LBJ in the heart of the Texas Hill Country, this property offers a serene escape into nature. Guests should enjoy the natural beauty of the region while remaining mindful of the local wildlife and pests common to the area.

Practical Info & Rules Pets are welcome, specifically up to two dogs for an additional nightly fee. Please be aware that there is no washer/dryer on site. Regarding lake access, while the smaller dock is currently broken, guests are welcome to use the larger dock located in front of the larger home.

Important Note: This area is subject to renovations. As the owners are not notified of when these projects begin or end, no refunds are provided due to construction noise. While regular pest control is utilized, the Hill Country environment means bugs and critters may still be visible. Please exercise caution when driving at night and supervise children at all times while outdoors.
