GENERAL REGULATIONS OF THE CONDOMINIUM In order to maintain the safety, coexistence and good condition of the premises, all owners, residents and guests must comply with the following regulations: 1. General hours Common areas open from 9 am to 10:00 pm. After 10:00 PM, absolute respect for the rest of the other residents should be kept. 2. Noise Maintain music and meetings in moderate volume at all times. From 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM any noise affecting other residents should be avoided. Use of loudspeakers in common areas is forbidden. 3. Maintenance and Facilities Care Each owner is responsible for the good condition of his unit. Any damage caused to common areas by residents or guests must be covered by the responsible landlord. It is forbidden to carry out maintenance or remodeling work outside of the hours authorized by the administration. Electrical, hydraulic or structural installations are not allowed to intervene without prior approval. 4. Visits and Puerta Abierta Policy Visits must always be accompanied by the responsible resident. It is not allowed to leave main doors or entrances open without supervision. The resident is responsible for the behavior of their guests at all times. 5. Accesses by QR Code Access by QR code is personal and non-transferable. It is forbidden to share access codes with unregistered people. Misuse of access may result in the cancellation of the corresponding permission. 6. Fiestas y Reuniones Meetings are allowed respecting schedules and noise levels. No parties that alter the tranquility of the condominium are allowed. The administration may request the suspension of any event that violates the regulations. 7. Alcohol Consumption and Glass Use Alcohol consumption should be moderate and responsible. The use of cups, bottles or any glassware in and around the pool is strictly forbidden. Any incident arising from excessive alcohol use will be the responsibility of the host resident. 8. Alberca Hours Regulations: 9:00 AM – 10:00 PM Ducharse with soap before entering. Babies must wear special pool diaper. Exclusive use with a bathing suit. I prohibit diving or jumping. Glass cups and items are prohibited. No eating or drinking in the pool. No pets allowed Music at moderate volume. No apart camastros (items will be removed after 1 hour). Guests with prior registration and authorization of the administration, depending on the occupation. Failure to comply with these regulations may result in warnings, economic sanctions or restriction of use of common areas, as determined by management.
