- Guests must be 18 years or older to make a reservation
- 10pm to 7am are the quiet hours, please be considerate of your neighbours and keep noise and activity to a minimum so as not to disturb others.
- No soiled shoes in the house
- The cleaners will arrive at the property at 10am for the check-out clean unless a late check out has been prearranged prior to your departure and confirmed by the property manager in writing. Failure to check out by 10:00am as per these terms, or any other approved time in writing, will incur costs that must be met by you.
- The home is to be left clean and tidy before departure, any excessive mess will be photographed and additional cleaning charges will be on charged to guest.
- An on-call Property Manager is available for after-hour emergencies until 9 pm on weekdays and from 9am to 5pm on weekends and public holidays. For non-emergencies after hours, weekends or public holidays, a call out fee of $NZ55 may apply.
