PET POLICY This property is NOT pet-friendly. Failure to comply with our pet policy may lead to a fine of $300 per pet along with cleaning expenses if applicable. Presence of any undisclosed or unauthorized pet(s) will necessitate departure from our properties. While disclosure of a valid Service Animal under ADA is not mandatory, it can aid us in providing better accommodation during your stay. It's important to note that Emotional Support Animals (ESAs) are not considered Service Animals under the ADA and are not allowed at properties that are not pet-friendly. Unlike ESAs, Service animals are defined as dogs that are individually trained to do work or perform tasks for people with disabilities. The ADA mandates that Service Animals must remain under the handler's control at all times, be housebroken, supervised, and always with the handler. Failure to adhere to these guidelines may result in eviction from the rental. Staff may ask two questions: (1) is the dog a service animal required because of a disability, and (2) what work or task has the dog been trained to perform.

Fireworks Policy (Fireworks are strictly prohibited year-round): It is against both city ordinance and our company policy to have any fireworks at any of our properties. Extra cleaning costs: If the house is in a condition where extra cleaning is required. We will charge an extra cleaning fee depending on how the property is left. We ask to please follow check out instructions and all house rules to avoid this. Trash Removal: Guests are responsible for properly disposing of trash during their stay and following the provided trash instructions.
