IMPORTANT INFORMATION: As part of the building management regulations and Dubai Tourism Department rules , all guests must provide us, a day prior check in photos of passports for all guests.
- Check out Reminder* Standard check-out time is no later than 11:00 AM. If guests delay the cleaners from beginning their cleaning at the predetermined check-out time, guests will be charged AED 200 per hour applies from 11am up until 1 pm, after 1 pm guests will be charged AED 2000 for the late check-out and cleaning delay.The delays in cleaning, prevent the next guests from checking in on time, and this can lead to financial losses for us, including cancellations.
NO SMOKING INSIDE Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in a fee of AED 3500 to AED 5000 for Odor removal, Duct Cleaning, and furniture cleaning.
*Also, please remember to return the access cards in good condition when you check out. If a card gets lost, there will be a replacement fee of AED 500 per card.
*Cleaning Services *: The cleaning fee you paid covers the initial cleaning done to prepare your unit, and it does not include daily cleaning.
