*QUIET HOURS - Quiet hours are strictly from 10pm-8am. We request all guests be respectful of other guests and our neighbors. Guests who continue to be disruptive after 10pm will be asked to leave, and may be subject to penalty fees.
*SMOKING - is not permitted on the property. An additional cleaning fee of $250 will automatically be assessed if smoking occurs.
*CANCELLATION POLICY - Guests can receive a full refund minus processing fees (approximately 4%) if they cancel up to 5 days before check in. No refund will be provided if cancelling less than 5 days before check in.
*MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT - Guests must be at least 25 years old to book a Cozy in KC property.
*RENTAL AGREEMENT - We require the booking guest to digitally sign a rental agreement outlining all house rules once booking is confirmed.
