- Before checkout
- Parking passes left inside the property. $50 replacement fee for lost pass. * Dishwasher with remaining dishes started on a run cycle. * Notify host of any damages, and/or maintenance needs (please take pictures and send to us). * If housekeeping arrives at checkout time and are turned away due to delay (without prior authorization) - $125 late check-out fee. *Log out of any streaming accounts.
