This efficiency-style glamping retreat is designed for up to 4 guests, featuring 1 bedroom with a king-size bed on a memory foam mattress with cozy cotton bedding, 1 bathroom, and a total of 1 bed. The interior living and sleeping areas are combined into one large, inviting room featuring a couch and two chairs, a Smart TV with Hulu, and a combination a/c and heating unit supplemented by fans and space heaters to keep you comfortable year-round. The kitchenette is equipped with a microwave, sink, small refrigerator/freezer, griddle, and Keurig for your convenience.

Step outside to a large deck offering beautiful views of the lake and surrounding hills. Your private attached yard is a sanctuary of its own, complete with a hot tub, a propane fire pit, and a propane grill, meaning there is no need to bring your own charcoal or firewood.

Outdoor adventures are at your doorstep with guest access to kayaks on the lake, three additional ponds for fishing, and private Guadalupe River access just a quarter-mile from the tent. Guests can also enjoy the resort pool—which is heated to 78-80 degrees during Spring Break—and explore the on-site hiking trail.

• A rental agreement and damage deposit are required; a $300 credit hold is placed two days prior to arrival.
• Pet Policy: Dogs are welcome (max 2) for a $50 fee. To maintain a peaceful environment, constant barkers are not permitted. Dogs must not be on furniture, must not be left unattended without a crate, and are strictly prohibited from the pool area per Texas law. Cats are not allowed. An undisclosed pet fee of $250 applies.
