For additional sleeping space, the family room provides a large and comfortable couch that pulls out into a bed, complemented by a cozy lounge chaise. The living area is equipped for entertainment with a large flat-screen TV and a digital surround sound system featuring iPod/MP3, CD/DVD, and tuner capabilities.

Outdoor living is a highlight here, with a large balcony offering panoramic views of the surrounding landscape, complete with a dining table for four and two padded lounge chairs. The interior is thoughtfully appointed, including a kitchen equipped with a coffee maker, microwave, oven, stove, refrigerator, blender, and all necessary silverware.
