This efficiency-style retreat is designed for up to 4 guests, featuring one bedroom with a king size bed equipped with a memory foam mattress and cozy cotton bedding. The layout integrates the living and sleeping areas into one large room, complemented by a large fully enclosed bathroom with double sinks and a bath/shower combination.

While the property is a tent, it is outfitted for comfort with a combination a/c and heating unit, supplemented by additional fans and space heaters. The interior includes a smart TV with Hulu, seating for four with a couch and two chairs, and a convenient kitchenette featuring a microwave, sink, small refrigerator/freezer, griddle, and Keurig.

Outside, you will find a private oasis designed for relaxation:

• Large deck with beautiful views of the lake and surrounding hills
• Private attached yard with a hot tub, propane grill, and propane fire pit
• Access to a resort pool (heated during Spring Break)
• Kayaks available for use on the lake and access to three additional ponds
• Private Guadalupe River access just 1/4 mile from the tent

Practical Information:

• Check-in: 3:00 PM | Check-out: 11:00 AM
• Pets: Dogs are welcome (max 2) for a $50 fee. Cats are not permitted. To maintain a peaceful environment, dogs must not be constant barkers, must stay off furniture, and are strictly prohibited from the pool area. Undisclosed pets will incur a $250 fee.
• House Rules: Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property. Parking and amenities are for registered guests only.
• Requirements: A rental agreement and damage deposit are required. A $300 credit hold will be placed on your card two days prior to arrival.
