Welcome to Copper Bottom Cottage, a stunning four-bedroom waterfront retreat nestled in the channels of the gated Long Island Village in Port Isabel, Texas. This copper-colored, two-story home is perfectly designed for water lovers, featuring a spacious covered deck overlooking the canal where you can lounge, dine, and watch the boats go by, or simply fish from the water's edge.

The home is thoughtfully arranged across two levels to accommodate 8 guests. The main level serves as the heart of the home, featuring open living, kitchen, and dining areas with vaulted, beamed ceilings and large windows that flood the space with natural light. This level includes the primary king suite and an upstairs guest room with a queen bed. For added privacy, the lower unit features its own separate private entrance, a second living area, and two additional bedrooms—one with a queen bed and one with a full bed—making it an ideal setup for extended family or two groups traveling together. Every bedroom is equipped with a streaming-capable TV, and the entire residence is kept comfortable with central refrigerated air.

The well-equipped kitchen boasts granite counters, dark wood cabinetry, a gas range, and an island with bar seating. A cozy dining nook tucked into a bay window ensures a water view with every meal. Outside, the gated patio provides a safe space for pets and little ones.

As a guest, you enjoy full access to the resort amenities of Long Island Village, including indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, a par-3 golf course, tennis, pickleball, sand volleyball, basketball, shuffleboard, and mini golf. You can also utilize the fitness center, billiards and game room, and the community marina for boat docking. The white sands of South Padre Island are just a short drive over the Queen Isabella Causeway.

• Parking: On-site parking is available, but please note there are vehicle-size restrictions; large trucks, vans, and oversized SUVs may not fit.
• Rules: No smoking, parties, or events. Maximum occupancy is 8 guests. Guests must pick up gate cards and wristbands at the Welcome Center and remove all trash upon departure.
• Note: Temporary water outages may occur due to community construction and repairs.
