For your stay you will be given access to a Guest Portal. In there you will have all the information needed incluiding the self check-in instructions after a safety check. The use of the Guest Portal is required to have access to the apartment.

Never leave your key in the apartment door before you leave, it will not open from inside, we will have to call a locksmith and pass on the charge to your reservation; between 10pm and 10am, if you get locked out, please contact a locksmith or the tourism police (contacts in your Guest Portal).

Feel free to use all the amenities you find in the apartment during your stay. For long term stays, their replacement it's at the guest responsability;

All short term rentals in Portugal are required to report the presence and ID details of all guests to the Portuguese Immigration and Borders Service (SEF) so we ask you to please provide us the requested informations;

In case you have broken any item in the apartment, please let us know in advance and together we will figure out what to do. This is important so that the next guests can also make the best of their experience;

Our apartments don't accommodate extra persons of the ones allowed and if you accommodate more guests than the ones on the booking, we will charge for the extra persons;

There is a cot (with linen), high chair, bathtub, baby amenities and baby towel available upon request and at an extra cost of €25,00.

For long-term stays (1 month +): Mandatory fortnightly cleaning and linens & towels change – 50€ per month (not included in reservation price) Utilities (water and electricity) are included up to a monthly total of 120€ (40€ water, 80€ electricity) – total consumption above 120€ is responsibility of the guest (we’ll share the invoices on a monthly basis).
