• This property is not available to parties of adults under age 25 unless accompanied by a parent.
• Smoking is prohibited on the property and beach; a designated smoking area is located at the bus stop near the Hwy 98 entrance.
• Pets are not allowed.
• A resort fee of $15 per guest (ages 5 and older) is charged by Sterling Sands.
• Maximum of 2 parking passes provided.
• Monthly winter rates are available for snowbirds from November through February, subject to a $150 cleaning fee.
