Practical Information: Guests have access to the entire property, excluding the basement. The basement contains a separate apartment used occasionally by the owner and is accessed via a private side entrance to ensure guest privacy. Please note that from mid-June through the first week of September, there is a $50 per week, per car parking fee payable at the main gate. Two designated parking spots are provided with the house. Pets are welcome to join your seaside getaway.
