HOUSE RULES (Extended):
- No Parties or events allowed at any time.
- No Smoking/Vaping allowed indoors at any time.
- No illegal substances allowed on the premises at any time.
- No unregistered guests allowed to stay past 11PM.
- Please respect our check-in and check-out times.
- Please respect our noise curfew (10PM - 7AM).
- Please dispose your rubbish before checking out.
PET RULES:
- Pets MUST be house trained
- No pets allowed on bed/sofa. Bring your own pet bedding.
- Please be mindful of potential stain transfer carpets during wet weather if your pet is coming from outside to inside the unit/home.
- Please use your own pet towels (for wiping paws, etc.) be mindful of the carpets
- Clean up after your pet during your stay and prior to checking out, this includes both inside the unit/home and out at the backyard (if the space has an outdoor area - we ask to please be extra attentive in the dirt/grass/lawn areas).
- Only the pet disclosed in the booking is permitted in the property.
- You will be responsible to cover the costs of any damages caused by your pet.

Pet stool/s in the outdoor areas (if applicable) = $50 AUD

Bodily fluids or by products (e.g. Blood, urine, stool, etc.) = $100 AUD

Do not host parties or gatherings - Visits are permitted. Unregistered guest/visitors must vacate the premises by 11:00 pm. Breaching this policy may result in the cancellation of your booking. Any violation of our no-party rule will also result in a $2000 AUD non-negotiable penalty, in addition to any damages.

Turn down the noise levels past 10PM (10 o'clock at night). Noise complaints will result in termination of your stay and the authorities can be involved.

Loss of Keys during the period of your stay will be your responsibility, meaning any outsourced services and/or replacements are at your own cost as guests. Costs of Keys = $250 AUD

Refrain from using hair colourants, dyes and tanning products as these products are known to leave stain on linens, towels, grout, furnishings and surfaces.

Be mindful of our furnishings. I ask that you do not rearrange the furniture without approval. Any damaged furniture found upon inspection may result in a reimbursement claim.
