By making a reservation for this condo, you agree to comply with all of the following rules for the duration of your stay:

Quiet hours: 10 pm to 8 am. During this period, loud music, loud conversations or behavior, and any nuisance that may disturb the neighbors are strictly prohibited.

Respect for the neighborhood: Disrespectful behavior toward neighbors, gatherings, parties, and an excessive number of vehicles will not be tolerated.

Cleanliness and respect for the condo: when checking out, the condo must be left in a generally clean condition, and waste and recycling must be placed in the designated areas. If abnormally extensive cleaning is required, an additional fee of $50/hour plus taxes may be charged. Any damage caused to the condo, furniture or equipment during the stay may also be charged to the person responsible for the booking.

No smoking or vaping: Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited inside the condo and on the balconies. All guests must also comply with the applicable provincial regulations of Quebec and, where required by these regulations, maintain a minimum distance of 9 meters from doors, opening windows, and air intakes of buildings, in addition to complying with the regulations specific to the condominium.
Failure to comply with these regulations may result in additional fees or fines imposed by the condominium. In the event of a significant or repeated nuisance, the occupants may also be asked to vacate the property, in accordance with the rules applicable to the reservation.
