Misuse may incur extra charges. Compliance & Liability Failure to follow the above rules constitutes a breach of the rental agreement and may result in immediate termination of the stay without refund. Guests agree that any damages, violations, or extra costs (including but not limited to cleaning, repairs, replacements, or penalties) may be claimed and charged through Airbnb in accordance with their policies.
