Late check-outs are available upon request: until 2:00 PM for 45‘‘ or until 4:00 PM for 60‘‘, subject to availability.
House rules are strictly enforced to maintain the peace of the neighborhood: smoking, parties, events, and loud music are not permitted. We utilize a privacy-compliant noise alert monitoring system to ensure noise levels are respected. Additionally, pets are not allowed. A deposit pre-authorization of up to 500‘‘ via credit card is required. Guests must provide National ID details via an online form prior to arrival. A travel crib and high chair can be provided for 30‘‘ per stay, subject to availability.

- Smoking inside the house as well as events, parties or any kind of loud music or noise are not allowed.
- The cost of cleaning includes the general cleaning of the house and the change of sheets and towels.
- The house must be left tidy, without any food or garbage remains. Failure to comply with this rule may involve extra cleaning costs.
- Travel crib and high chair available upon request, subject to availability, for 30€ per stay.
- Check-in time is from 6pm until midnight. We may offer free early check-in if we don't have a check-out on your day of arrival. Check-in from 10pm until midnight might have an extra charge of 45€ if personal assistance is needed.
- Late checkout is available subject to availability: until 2pm for 45€ or until 4pm for 60€, as long as there isn't another check-in on the day of your departure.
- A deposit pre-authorisation up to 500€ needs to be covered in advance by credit card. This amount or any relevant amount won't be charged if the house is returned in the condition it was received. There will only be a charge in form of calculated compensation for any damages found after check-out.
- We are committed to Rent Responsibly Standards to ensure you have a peaceful, safe and memorable stay with us. We use a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Best-in-class guidelines are followed.
- Our system does not record actual sounds or conversations, simply monitors the noise level measured in decibels, being 100% privacy compliant without any electronic video surveillance monitoring the interior of the house.
