This first-floor, east-facing condo is a serene yet convenient haven, offering sun-filled vistas of the towering Rundle Range and a private setting that backs onto a peaceful pathway leading to a mountain creek and local park.

The layout features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, comfortably sleeping 4 guests. Sleeping arrangements include a king size bed in the master bedroom and a queen-size bed in the second bedroom, both outfitted with hotel quality linens and duvets. The spa inspired ensuite bathroom off the master boasts heated floors, dual sinks, a decadent soaker tub, and a travertine/glass shower. The main bathroom also includes heated floors and a large travertine/glass shower.

Inside, the condo showcases luxurious finishing throughout, including hardwood floors, granite countertops, and marble tiling. The living area is designed for relaxation with a comfortable sectional sofa, a gas fireplace, and a large screen TV. For dining and preparation, there is a gourmet kitchen equipped with a stove, oven, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, and kettle, alongside a dining table that seats 4. A private patio with a BBQ and Adirondack chairs allows you to consume the incredible views of the mountains.

Located just a 5 to 10 minute stroll from downtown Canmore, guests have easy access to groceries, shops, restaurants, and pubs, as well as Bridgette Bar and the Spring Creek Market by Rusticana.

Practicalities and Rules:

• Check-in is flexible via a private access code (Note: Same-day bookings have a 6:00 PM check-in).
• One secure underground parking spot with a locked storage cage for gear is provided.
• Pets: One well-behaved, trained dog (not a puppy) up to 50 lbs is welcome subject to a $150 pet fee. Dogs must be crated when left alone, cannot use the balcony as a bathroom, and must not disturb other guests. No cats allowed.
• Building common areas include a gym, billiards room, and an amazing outdoor hot tub with breathtaking mountain views.
• Cancellation: Full refund 30 days prior; 50% refund 7-30 days prior; no refund within 7 days (after 24-hour grace period).
