The studio is thoughtfully designed for comfort and convenience, featuring one bedroom with one king bed (or two single beds available upon request) and one bathroom. Guests will find a sophisticated interior characterized by sleek timber flooring and a fully equipped space tailored for an effortless stay.

Located on Bondi Road, the studio is nestled within an intimate local community. A few minutes' walk to the east leads you to the famed Bondi Beach, a vibrant coastal town overflowing with trendy cafes, restaurants, bars, and boutique shopping. To the west, you will find Bondi Junction, which features a Westfield shopping center, supermarkets, cinemas, and a comprehensive train station and bus depot providing seamless connections to the rest of Sydney.
To maintain the values of this respectful community, guests must adhere to strict policies. There is a strict no-partying policy, including loud music or disturbing neighbors, with a $2,500 penalty for breaches. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the building and rooms, carrying a $1,200 penalty. Pets are not allowed, and violations may result in a $550 penalty. Light cooking is permitted provided there is sufficient ventilation via open windows, air conditioning, and the range hood; however, frying steaks or sausages is forbidden as it may trigger fire alarms.
Please note that a $35 fee applies for lock-outs and $55 for lost keys. Guests are asked to be energy conscious by turning off lights and electronics when not in use. In-stay cleaning and laundry services are available upon request by speaking with Ben.

- The Guest/s: We here at BONDI BEACH STUDIOS trust that our guest/s will enjoy their time while staying with us. Maintenance of rooms: Residents must maintain their rooms in a way that does not interfere with the reasonable comfort of other residents, and in a way that does not create a fire or health hazard. Residents must not intentionally or recklessly damage or destroy any part of their rooms or a facility in their rooms. Door locks and keys: Residents must not tamper with (or change) a door lock on the premises, or make copies of keycards without the permission of the provider/agent. If you are locked out of your room and must be let in, a fee of $35.00 will be charged. A fee of $55.00 will be charged for any lost keys. In-Stay Cleaning & Laundry Service: ** Available upon request, please speak to Eli OUR POLICIES: We are in a very exciting neighbourhood, but we are also in a very respectful neighbourhood. We expect that all guests understand and respect this as we want to maintain and uphold the values of this great community. With this, we please ask that you respect our STRICT POLICIES for: ** (1) NO PARTYING -If found partying; an additional $2500 penalty will be awarded to the guest/s who breach the policy. PARTYING includes: Loud music, disturbing the peace for fellow neighbours. **(2) SMOKING Smoking is not permitted in the building or any of the rooms. There is a fire alarm system in operation and if this is set off by guests smoking anywhere in the building, you will be asked to vacate the premises and forfeit any money paid. In addition, you will be charged a non-negotiable fee of $1800.00 which will cover the fire brigade call fee. **(3) NO PETS -If found with PETS in the building/rooms, an additional $550 penalty will be awarded to the guest/s who breach the policy These policies ensure that everyone both in the building and around it can enjoy it the same way. We live by the Golden Rule, “Do unto others as you would have them do unto you.” Other things to note: Damages: -Accidents happen, if something is broken or lost please notify us immediately. Energy Conservation: -Please energy conscious by turning off light, fan, Tv, etc. when not in use Thank you for your understanding!
