The upper level (3rd floor) houses the primary bedroom, a second guest bedroom, and an additional bathroom. Please note that full access to this property requires the use of stairs.
Sleeping arrangements are designed to comfortably accommodate 7 guests across 3 bedrooms and 5 beds:

- Guest Bedroom 1: 1 Queen-sized bed

- Charcoal grilling is prohibited, though guests are welcome to bring a gas grill.
- Please be aware that resort fees may apply at certain times of the year, and a refundable damage deposit may be required from March through Easter weekend.

Age Restrictions: The minimum age requirement for renters is 25. As per Homeowner Association Rules & Regulations, THIS CONDO DOES NOT ALLOW YOUNG ADULT/SPRING BREAK GROUPS.
