The master suite is a true retreat, offering a King bed, two large closets, and an en suite bathroom with an oversized shower. Both additional bedrooms provide flexible sleeping arrangements with either two Twin beds or one King bed. Each bedroom includes its own flat-screen TV and direct access to the expansive balcony that wraps 270 degrees around the condo, providing ample seating for the entire group to marvel at the famous Key West sunsets.
Inside, the light-filled living area is designed for relaxation, while the kitchen is a chef's dream with butcher block counters, upgraded appliances, and a dining table that seats six. Guests can enjoy a variety of upscale community features and property amenities:

To maintain the peaceful environment for all residents, pets are not allowed. The property is rented to family and responsible adult groups only; noise violations may result in a $500 charge for after-hours staff dispatch. Reservations require a credit card on file and a signed digital lease for confirmation. Rentals are 100% refundable until 30 days prior to arrival.

Unfortunately, AirBnB does not share your CC info with us, thus you will be required to contact Last Key Realty directly to submit a credit card on file for your reservation. Only then will your reservation be confirmed. -Last Key Realty vacation homes are rented to family groups and responsible adult groups only. Groups who expect they may cause after hours noise will not be a good fit for this home and should be aware they may incur additional penalties when in residence for violations. There will be a $500 charge for after-hours dispatch of our staff in response to calls resulting from verified noise complaints for violations by our guests in residence. -In addition to providing a CC on file, we require a digital lease to be signed. This docusign document will be emailed to you after you provide us with your email address. We will not turn a property over to a guest until we have a signed lease.
