Practical Information & House Rules: To ensure the sanity of our neighbors and the quality of the home, we have a few important guidelines. Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10pm to 8am. Please note that this is a no-smoking and no-pets property; violations of these rules may result in penalty fees ranging from $300 to $1,000. Parties and events are strictly prohibited, and our security system with outside surveillance cameras is in place to monitor noise and motion. A $300 fine applies to any party violations.

Guests are kindly asked to remove their shoes upon entering to help maintain cleanliness. This is a self-catering home; while an initial starter supply of essentials like toilet paper is provided, additional supplies should be purchased by the guest. Please dispose of trash and recycling in the appropriate bins.

Regarding scheduling, late check-outs cannot be accommodated to allow our cleaning crew time to prepare for the next guests. Early check-in may be available on a case-by-case basis for a $100 fee, provided the home is ready. Please inquire one day prior to arrival. For stays of 14 nights or longer, a security deposit equivalent to twice the cleaning fee is required. Finally, please ensure all personal belongings are taken upon departure, as a $100 handling fee plus shipping costs apply to lost and found items.
