For entertainment, the home provides three streaming-capable TVs and a ping-pong table.

Practical Information:
- Access: Enter through the basement entrance using the elock on the garage side. A lockbox is available as a backup, and a video guide is provided for entry.
- Age Requirements: Renters must be at least 25 years old; all other guests must be at least 21 unless accompanied by a parent.
- Restrictions: Pets are not allowed. Please note that the fireplace is not available for guest use during your stay.

No events, parties, weddings, or gatherings are allowed at the home.
No camping or fireworks are permitted.
All trash must be bagged and secured in the garage barrel - never leave loose trash or bags outside. The barrel is picked up once a week. Please do not leave trash or food in your car.
If you have a hot tub, please note that use is prohibited from 10pm to 8am.
- Before checkout
Collect any dirty dishes and start the dishwasher. Leave sheets on the beds. (Don’t worry about washing them—we’ve got it covered.) If you used any parking or recreation passes, put them back in their original place. Don't forget to pack up all of your belongings. Leave something behind? Don't worry—if we find your item, we're happy to mail it back to you. You only have to pay for shipping.
