Designed for flexibility and comfort, the property features 4 bedrooms and 9 beds across 2 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating guests. Whether you are staying in the Big Cottage, the Little Cottage, or renting both together, you will find a space tailored for relaxation. Both retreats are well-equipped with all the appliances needed for a seamless stay, including fully-equipped kitchens to prepare tasty meals.
Outdoor living is a highlight here, featuring a large and lush lawn that stands out from other nearby getaways. You can enjoy the fresh Maine air at the outdoor picnic table for al fresco dining or utilize the gas grill to step up your cooking game.
Located in an unbeatable position, you are just 170 yards away from the ocean. Long Sands beach is only two blocks away, while Short Sands—ideal for children with its public playground and basketball courts—is a short 2.5-mile trip. Downtown York is also within a short walk or drive, offering a plethora of dining options, grocery stores, and convenience shops. For local exploration, visit the wonderful Nubble Lighthouse, enjoy the zoo and amusement park combo at York's Wild Kingdom, or head to Mount Agamenticus for hiking, biking, and stunning 360-degree views.

- Due to the coastal environment, seasonal insects are common; bringing bug spray is highly recommended

Please keep noise relaxed, especially in the evening - there's a year-round resident in the main house on the property. Place trash and recycling in separate barrels on the far side of the driveway. Electric vehicle charging is not permitted on-site; please use a local charging station instead. Before you head out at checkout, it's a big help to start the dishwasher or hand wash any dirty dishes, place all trash in the outside barrels, and lock all windows and doors. In summer, shut off the air conditioning (or set it to 72 degrees if there's a heat wave); in winter, set the heat to 55 degrees. Check-out time is 10am.

Please wash & put away the dishes before you leave. Leave sheets on the beds. (Don’t worry about washing them—we’ve got it covered.) If you used any parking or recreation passes, put them back in their original place. Don't forget to pack up all of your belongings. Leave something behind? Don't worry—if we find your item, we're happy to mail it back to you. You only have to pay for shipping.
