★ OUTDOOR & SPA RULES Keep the swim spa/hot tub covered when not in use. Minors must be supervised at all times, especially in outdoor areas. Do not connect to unknown Bluetooth devices.
★ COMMUNICATION & RESPONSIBILITY Report any issues promptly and allow reasonable time for resolution. The primary guest must be present at check-in and act as the main point of contact.
★ GUEST LIMIT Maximum occupancy is 16 guests at any time. For groups over 16, a $25 fee per additional guest applies and must be approved in advance. Exceeding the 22-person limit will be considered an unauthorized party and is strictly prohibited.
★ CHECK-OUT POLICY Late check-out beyond 15 minutes will incur a $100 fee. Delays of 2+ hours will be charged the full nightly rate without extending the stay. Additional nights must be pre-approved and booked separately.
★ STRICT ENFORCEMENT Unauthorized parties will result in immediate cancellation without refund, security dispatch at your expense, and full security deposit charges. All visitors must be declared before check-in.
