Guests are asked to bring their own pool and hot tub towels, as only regular towels are provided. Shared community gas grills are available during the summer, though charcoal BBQs are not permitted. To ensure safety, consumables such as oil, spices, and coffee are not provided in the kitchen.
Due to the isolated mountainous terrain, please note that cable, WiFi, and cell service can be unreliable. Additionally, the home does not have air conditioning; fans are provided, and guests are encouraged to manage window curtains and ventilation to keep the unit cool during warmer months.

This home doesn't allow pets. Please keep trash secured in the dumpster to protect local wildlife and avoid fines.
In winter, chains or 4WD are frequently required - check current road conditions before you arrive. Bring extra blankets in case roads close during severe weather.
Be bear aware: keep your car clean and free of anything scented, including food wrappers, trash, air fresheners, lotions, toothpaste, hand sanitizer, and wipes. Bears have an extraordinary sense of smell and can pry open car doors with their claws.
Parking is first come, first served for up to 2 vehicles. The complex does not allow RVs or trailers. There is no parking on Mammoth Lakes roads from November 1st through April 30th.

Collect any dirty dishes and start the dishwasher. Leave sheets on the beds. (Don’t worry about washing them—we’ve got it covered.) If you used any parking or recreation passes, put them back in their original place. Don't forget to pack up all of your belongings. Leave something behind? Don't worry—if we find your item, we're happy to mail it back to you. You only have to pay for shipping.
