Practical Information:

• Pets: Dogs are allowed with a $75 fee per reservation (up to 2 pets). No cats allowed. Unannounced pets incur an extra $100 fee.
• Age Requirement: Primary guest must be 21+.
• Smoking: Prohibited; violations result in a $200 fine.
• Quiet Hours: 10pm to 7am.
• Food & Drink: No food or drink allowed in bedrooms (except closed water bottles).
• Check-out/In: Early arrivals or late check-outs are not guaranteed; however, 1-2 hour windows are $100, and 2-3 hour windows are $200.
• Policies: No unauthorized parties or illegal activities. Trash must be disposed of in outside bins, and dishes must be washed before departure. A 3.9% processing fee on refunds is non-refundable per Stripe's policy.
