The sleeping arrangements include a queen bed in the bedroom, a queen sleeper sofa in the living area, and an additional queen sleeper sofa located in the finished enclosed sun porch. Each of these three sleeping areas is equipped with its own TV for your convenience. The bathroom features a tub and shower combination with a new tile shower, while the full kitchen comes equipped with all the cookware, appliances, pots, pans, and utensils necessary to prepare your favorite meals.

Practical information and house rules: Check-in is available from 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM, and check-out is strictly at 10:00 AM. This is a families-only property; students and student groups are not permitted, and the primary renter must be at least 25 years old. There is a 3-night minimum stay year-round. To maintain a pristine environment, this is a non-smoking property and unit. Pets, motorcycles, boats, and golf carts are strictly prohibited. Departure cleaning and linens are included in the rental total.
