• Noise Note: Due to the central location on 5th Avenue, street noise is common from 8 am to 4 am.
• Bathroom: Hot water is provided via a small tank heater; showers should be kept under 10 minutes. Please do not dispose of toilet paper in the toilet.
• Utilities: A maximum electricity consumption of 20kwh per day is included; excess usage will incur a charge. Please note that regional power outages can occur independently of the property.
• Policies: Pets are not allowed. No cancellations or refunds. Fees apply for lost keys or requested extra linen changes.
