About Property

Experience the ultimate boutique escape at The Silo House, a five-star retreat nestled beside a century-old grain silo on four quiet acres in Larkspur, Colorado. This professionally designed sanctuary at Sage & Silo Farm is the perfect place to set your bags down and feel the stress of the week simply fall away.

Designed for comfort and connection, the home features 3 bedrooms and 6 beds, comfortably accommodating 8 guests. You can claim one of the two luxurious king bedrooms for a deep vacation sleep, while children or friends can occupy the bunkroom, which features four twin beds. With 3 full bathrooms, your group will enjoy plenty of space and privacy to prepare for the day without waiting.

Inside, you will find a fully stocked kitchen perfect for unhurried breakfasts and wifi throughout the home to keep you connected. Step outside to your private deck and patio, where a private hot tub awaits. Imagine the steam rising into the cool Colorado night air under a vast sky full of stars.

One of the most unforgettable aspects of the stay is the proximity to the farm animals. Right outside your door, you can meet Winston, Hank, Pickles, Archie, and Wally, our five mini fainting goats, as well as Red and Sylvester, our mini donkeys. You can also admire the funky hair and fluff of our Polish and Silkie chickens. Because Sage & Silo Farm is a real working farm, you will experience the authentic sounds and smells of farm life and may even spot wild turkeys, deer, or elk wandering past.

For shared moments, the paved patio by the event barn features fire pits where you can relax and converse; this area is shared with guests of the Farmhouse. However, The Silo House and its specific deck, patio, and hot tub remain entirely private to your group.

Larkspur is conveniently located 45 minutes south of Denver, 15 minutes south of Castle Rock, and 30 minutes north of Colorado Springs.
