Designed for the whole crew, the home features 4 bedrooms, 6 beds, and 3.0 bathrooms, providing plenty of space for 12 guests to have a corner of their own while still gathering for shared meals. You will feel the history the moment you walk in, complemented by professionally designed interiors that elevate the rustic charm.

Your stay is shared with some very special neighbors. Just steps from your door, you can visit Winston, Hank, Pickles, Archie, and Wally (our mini fainting goats), as well as Red and Sylvester (our mini donkeys) and a flock of Polish and Silkie chickens. Our on-site team is happy to arrange a closer introduction to the animals. Because this is a working farm, you will experience the sights and sounds of country living, with frequent visits from wild turkeys, deer, and elk.

Located in the heart of Colorado, the property is 45 minutes south of Denver, 15 minutes south of Castle Rock, and 30 minutes north of Colorado Springs—close enough for a quick getaway, yet far enough to feel the stress melt away.

• Bear country protocols: Specific instructions provided for food and trash storage
• Events and gatherings: Reserved for up to 12 overnight guests. Any event or reunion exceeding the overnight guest count requires advance approval and a signed agreement.
