For additional guests, a large sofa bed is located in the reception room, ensuring a comfortable stay for up to 6 guests.

The heart of the home is the light and spacious reception room, a dual-aspect space boasting stunning views, comfortable sofas, and a dining table for 6. This area also features a wall-mounted smart TV for your entertainment. Culinary enthusiasts will appreciate the open-plan, BOSCH-designed kitchen, which comes fully equipped with an extensive array of utensils, glassware, china, and cutlery, as well as a BOSCH hob, oven, grill, microwave, fridge-freezer, and washing machine/dryer. The bathrooms continue the theme of luxury with marble finishes, underfloor heating, illuminated mirrors, and heated towel rails.

Located in a Grade 2 listed building, the penthouse is just a short, flat walk from Bath Spa Railway Station, the Tourist Office, Bath Abbey, the Roman Baths, the Pump Room, Thermae Spa, and the vibrant Southgate shopping district.

Please note that the penthouse is situated on the 3rd floor; while there is wide, well-lit stair access and two broad mezzanine levels, there is no lift/elevator. A cot and highchair are available upon request, though infants count toward the maximum occupancy of 6 guests. Linen for the sofa bed is included for bookings of 5 or 6 guests; for smaller groups wishing to use the sofa bed, an additional £20 linen charge applies.
