The tenant must notify Chalets Comfort of any breakages or damage caused during his stay. The tenant and any other person on the leased premises undertake to hold the owner of the establishment free and clear of any claim made by anyone resulting from the damage for which they are responsible. The tenant undertakes to respect reasonable rules of conduct and not to disturb neighbors and residents of the area. It shall maintain a reasonable level of noise both inside and outside. After 11 a.m., noise should be kept to a minimum, especially outside. Terms and conditions: This property is a non-smoker. At the time of departure, it is important to dispose of the waste at the place provided for this purpose. Only the number of people indicated in the reservation are allowed at the establishment during the stay. Failure to comply with rules or conditions may incur additional costs. Pets are not allowed. Please note that you must be at least 21 years of age to make a reservation at Chalets Comfort. ID will be required.
