A second bedroom also offers a king-sized bed and ceiling fan, while the third bedroom provides two single beds and a ceiling fan, making it a perfect space for children.

We have a strict no party policy. Do not host parties or events that would disrupt the peace and comfort of my home, or neighbours.
Please treat my neighbours with respect by keeping noise to a minimum and within acceptable levels.
Kindly observe the 10 am check-out time so our cleaners have enough time to thoroughly and safely prepare the space for the next guest in line with Airbnb’s enhanced cleaning standards.
Please leave the home neat & tidy. We may need to charge guests for additional housekeeping time if our team is required to stay longer.
If smoking occurs in the property, we will have to charge guests to have the furnishings and carpet deodorised.
Please try not to misplace keys or fobs; any replacement fees will need to be passed onto our guests.
- It is the guests' responsibility to ensure they have all their belongings before checking out. If guests would like an item shipped to them, there is a minimum of $20 shipping and handling fee which is collected before shipping. if the shipping and handling fee is more than the minimum fee we will collect the payment after the item is sent. We will hold items for 1 month if guests would like to coordinate a pickup of an item.
IMPORTANT: Guest who will be staying more than 7 days is eligible to request cleaning with linen change for an additional amount of $207. This will be scheduled with the guests after the reservation has been confirmed and once the fee has been paid.
