Natural Water Hazards - We want you to enjoy the water safely, so please take a moment to review the following: Our waterfront properties are located in a natural coastal environment. Oysters and other marine life may attach to docks, ladders, and surrounding surfaces.
Oyster shells are extremely sharp and can cause serious cuts
Guests should use caution when in or near the water
Water shoes are strongly recommended
Do not climb on or handle oyster-covered surfaces
Swim at your own risk.

All water activities, including swimming and fishing, are at your own risk
